Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made seven days prior to the reservation date are eligible for a full refund. Security Deposits on monthly sites are given back within 30 days of a reservation ending. This is contingent on the following expectations:

• Camper adheres to all rules as outlined in our brochure
• Site is left clean & undamaged
• Payments are made on time
